Unworn pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds) with proof of purchase and original packing within the next 7 days once the order was placed.

Sale items are not elegible for return, exchanges or refunds.

Earrings can not be exchanged or return do to sanitary guidelines.

No price adjustments will be made to merchandise purchased prior to specials or offers. 

Warranty and Care Policy:

Luxe Jwly products have a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturer defects. 

 

Luxe Jwly does not provide a product warranty for items with normal wear and tear or damage due to improper care
